My goal is to make your training experience the best it can possibly be to fit your needs.

Personal Training

Services include: In-person one-on-one or group training, virtual training via Zoom or FaceTime. Zoom training sessions can be e-mailed to you after the training session.

Training Options:

  • We can meet several times a week doing custom designed workouts to meet your goals.
  • I can perform an assessment, write your program based on your goals, teach you the program to do on your own and we re-evaluable every 4-6 weeks. Programs are also available through PT Enhance which includes pictures, detailed instruction and videos.

The cost is the same whether you train with me one-on-one or with a group.

  • Holistic Nutrition Coaching

Fees:

$100/hour for training, coaching and program design

CPR Instruction (American Heart Association)
