4 Ways to Enjoy A Little Alcohol without The Pain
Alcohol is a big part of the holidays for most people. However, alcohol is not always our friend and can cause all kinds of issues in the body. That is not what this post is about. This post is about the secrets to drinking alcohol without having all the issues that go with it during the holidays. Now I am not promoting drinking like a fish or drinking and driving or even drinking at all. But if you are going to drink and don’t want to feel bad the next day, try these tricks I have learned over the years.
If you really want to feel amazing and not wake up with hot flashes, try this formula.
One hour before drinking take 4 capsules of activated charcoal (500mg each), 1,500 mg of Vitamin C and 20 drops of milk thistle. The Vitamin C and milk thistle primes the liver to process the alcohol. Then if you have more than 2 drinks, take 2 capsules of activated charcoal every hour. Your poop will be black, as the charcoal binds to the toxins and helps pull all that crap out. Literally.
Beer is not a good idea if you want to feel good as it has so many crazy additives that bog the system down. Try Hard Kombucha or hard cider. If you really want the beer then try the charcoal formula above.
