As a rule, I typically do not eat vegan cheese, ever. It is often made from soy and tastes a bit weird. When my friend made me the fig and cream cheese appetizer with vegan cream cheese, I almost didn’t believe her when she said it was vegan. It is so yummy, even my son and husband love it. And…it’s made from almonds.
