Got Liposomal Vitamin C?

This vitamin can do amazing things for us. Lower stress, reduce cortisol levels (we produce too much when we are in a fight or fight scenario under stress), increase your immunity to nasty viruses and even lower blood pressure.

Not all Vitamin C is created equally and most types of Vitamin C cannot be easily absorbed by your body, leaving them virtually useless for immune protection. A great source of vitamin C is liposomal Vitamin C as it is absorbed into the system rapidly under the tongue and by passes digestion. In capsule form, it has a protective liposomal coating that allows the vitamin C to be released near the gut lining where it is easily absorbed.

Benefits of Liposomal Vitamin C

  • Helps You Age Gracefully: Vitamin C supports collagen production, promoting healthy skin and connective tissues, which may reduce signs of aging.
  • Enhances Other Nutrient Absorption: It improves the body’s absorption of nutrients like iron, Vitamin E, and zinc, all crucial for immune and overall health.
  • Improves Cognitive Health: Vitamin C may help maintain mental sharpness and could improve blood flow in the brain, potentially benefiting cognitive health in later life.
  • Improves Exercise Recovery and Muscle Growth: It supports heart health, reduces muscle soreness, and may help maintain testosterone levels, benefiting both exercise recovery and muscle growth.

How To Take It:

Take 1 teaspoon 10 minutes before breakfast and hold under the tongue for 30 seconds.

If you are feeling ill or have a virus take 1 teaspoon 3x a day 10 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner and hold under the tongue for 30 seconds.

In Capsule form I take 1 capsule with each meal for daily support and 3 capsules with each meal when I feel something coming on. Too much Vitamin C can cause loose stools, so pay attention to how your body reacts and reduce the dose if this occurs.
